The GABC Summer Schedule is off to a great start!
Plan to join us this Sunday, June 11, at 8:30 am for our first Summer Foundations.
This Sunday’s focus will be on “Loving Our Neighbors” and is designed as a time for the whole church (all ages!) to learn together. Here’s what you can expect:
8:30-8:55 — Breakfast — Breakfast casseroles and fruit will be served both upstairs in the fellowship hall and in the Overflow area. There will be no “official start”—just arrive, fill up a plate, and dig in. At 8:55 we’ll begin moving toward the sanctuary.
9:00-9:15 — Fun — We begin with a group game, meeting our neighbors in the church while we put together neighbors in the Bible.
9:15-9:45 — Sharing — We’ll learn from the Bible about what it means to be a neighbor and how Jesus helps us do that. Then we’ll hear creative ideas for loving our neighbors from four GABC families.
9:45~10:00 — Applying — We’ll conclude with a discussion about what loving our neighbors might look like for each of us this summer.
