UPCOMING ACTIVITIES
MEMBER MEETING: There will be a Member Meeting THIS SUNDAY, January 21, 4:00 PM. The agenda is available on the Member Resources portion of our website.
LIGHT SUPPER AND HYMN SING: SUNDAY night at 5:30 (after the member meeting) we will have the first Potluck/Hymn Sing of the new year. If you can, bring a light dish (think finger food, soup, or bread) to share (but don’t stay away if you cannot!). We’ll eat and chat, clean up, and sing requests from the Baptist Hymnal, finishing by 7:30. Families are welcome to together take part in the whole event. (There will be no childcare.) Your neighbors and friends are welcome as well.
GABC WOMEN: Join us for brunch and a discussion of Comforts from the Cross: Celebrating the Gospel One Day at a Time by Elyse Fitzpatrick. We will gather at the church on the morning of January 27th from 8:30-10:00 AM. Registration is encouraged but not required. You can register and find a reading guide at outrageous-unicorn.flywheelsites.com/women.
WINTER/SPRING BIBLE STUDIES: GABC men’s and women’s ministries will be offering Bible studies on the Gospel of Mark. Groups will run from the week of January 28th through the week of April 22nd. Study books will be provided at the first meeting. Please prepare by reading through the book of Mark before the first meeting.
