The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering (AAEO) is the primary way we support mission efforts in North America. One hundred percent of gifts given to AAEO are used to support Southern Baptist missionaries serving across the United States and Canada.

You may send a check in the mail – please designate “AAEO” in the memo portion of a check made payable to Grand Avenue Baptist Church.
You may give electronically at gabcames.org/giving choosing the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering Fund.
The offering goal at GABC is $1,250.00.
Over the course of the month we’ll be posting prayer requests from the 2020 Prayer Guide for the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering titled “It’s All About the Gospel”.
The following is the North American missionary spotlight and prayer requests and video for Day 3.
Day 3
Kirk & Karen Kirkland, Cincinnati, Ohio
Planting Together
“We moved to Cincinnati to plant Revive City Church. I realize now we were crazy. I walked away from a steady paycheck, and my wife was nine months pregnant,” Kirk explains. “When we started, we had no denomination or network behind us. We felt alone.”
They started their first church in a downtown, multi-ethnic area with great spiritual need. In 2016, they prayed about starting a second church. Only this time, they knew they did not have to do it alone.
“That’s when we become a part of the Southern Baptist Convention, and it’s the best move we ever made,” says Kirk.
As Southern Baptist church planting missionaries, the Kirklands received the support to successfully launch a second church and expand their community outreach ministries. They now are looking forward to planting additional churches as God leads.
