FOUNDATIONS SCHEDULE:

MEMBER MEETING: Plan to attend the member meeting June 24th, at 4:00 PM in the sanctuary. More information and the agenda will be available soon.
GABC WOMEN: This summer, be part of a Gospel Life Group. Gospel Life Groups are multi-generational, book-guided discussion groups of 3-4 women designed to focus on real life application. You can choose to read the short book, A Gospel Primer by Milton Vincent, or the longer book, Gospel Fluency by Jeff Vanderstelt. Groups will begin the week of June 18th and end the week of July 23rd. Meeting times will be determined by your group. Register at gabcames.org/women before June 4th. LUNCH WITH A BUNCH: The first Lunch With a Bunch of our summer is this Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 pm at the Bandshell Park, 6th and Duff, at the picnic area. Bring your sack lunch and join in the fellowship with others. For the entire summer schedule visit gabcames.org/lwab or pick up the schedule in the Welcome Center.
BACKYARD KIDS CLUB (BKC): The Information and schedules document for this summer’s Backyard Kids Club is available at the BKC table in the foyer, at the Welcome Center or online at gabcames.org/BKC. A registration form is available on-line as well at gabcames.org /BKC
The first club begins this Tuesday, June 5th, from 6:30-8:00 pm at the home of Jonathan and Amanda Philgreen, 652 Meadow Circle, Huxley.
MENS SUMMER LUNCHES: This summer we are having a men’s lunch meeting at Jethro’s Steak ‘n Chop in South Ames (1301 Buckeye Ave) every Thursday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Lunch is on your own. If you are able to join us, let Pastor Michael know so he can let Jethro’s know approximately how many to expect. There is no assigned reading for the lunch meeting but we will be having spiritual discussions. Plan to share what God is teaching you in your time alone with him or in what you are reading. You might want to share an especially meaningful Bible reading or devotional reading. You may share something that the Lord used in your life from some other book you have read or even something from the sermon on Sunday. If you have prayer requests we will pray for you. As always we want to press our lives through the sieve of the gospel so as we process what we are learning we want to continue to think of how to live life in light of the gospel.
