What am I learning as a child during the coronavirus pandemic?

In 2 Chronicles 10-11, Rehoboam was king, and Israel came to him and said, (10:4) “Your father made our yoke heavy. Now, therefore, lighten the hard service of your father and his heavy yoke on us, and we will serve you.” After that, he talked to the old men who had served his father and given him counsel. They advised that he grant the people’s wish. Then he spoke to some of his younger friends, who advised that he speak harshly and not grant their wish. He took the council of his young friends and the people rebelled. Then he sent an army to restore order, but on the way, the Lord stopped and told them, (11:3-4a) “Say to Rehoboam, the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and to all Israel in Judah and Benjamin. Thus says the Lord, you shall not go up or fight against your relatives. Return every man to his home for this thing is from me.” In this story, God had a plan, although he did not reveal it. God also has a plan for the coronavirus, whether he chooses to reveal it or not.

Even though I don’t know God’s plan, some things that he is teaching me is that I am human, so I will fail. And when I do, I need other people’s help. I need grace, and I need to give others grace too. During the coronavirus, I am learning about who God is. He is teaching me how to better respond to situations where I am frustrated, or someone is frustrated with me.
